【摘要】 在計算石油化工儲罐火災撲救所需的消防力量時,引入儲罐特性重要度的概念。通過分析影響石油化工儲罐特性重要度的各個因素以及因素間的相互聯系,構建了較合理的儲罐特性重要度評價指標體系,并利用層次分析和多級模糊評價相結合的方法,確定儲罐特性重要度系數。應用研究表明,在計算石油化工儲罐火災所需消防資源時,應考慮到儲罐特性重要度對資源需求的影響。儲罐特性重要度越大,對消防資源的需求就越大,在儲罐發生火災時調集的消防力量就越多。儲罐特性重要度的確定為消防指揮員在撲救石油化工儲罐火災時調集合理的消防力量,提供了科學的決策依據。
【英文摘要】 In order to calculate fire fighting forces for petrochemical tank fire,the concept of tank characteristic importance(TCI)is introduced.By analyzing the factors affecting TCI and the relationship among these factors,an index system to assess the petrochemical tank characteristic importance is established,and the importance coefficient is determined by using the analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and the multistage fuzzy evaluation.Case study shows that the effect of petrochemical tank characteristic importance...
