【摘要】 介紹了水煤漿篩分設備在煤漿制備系統的作用及國產煤漿振動篩的使用情況。國產水煤漿振動篩工作4 000h后,會出現操作彈性不大、設備維護困難,影響氣化裝置長周期運行和搶修振動篩浪費生產成本等不足。為此將水煤漿振動篩更換成了煤漿回轉篩,投運后,t甲醇耗精煤比振動篩降低0.1t,年可節省精煤2.4萬t;運行平穩,維護簡單;保證了氣化爐長周期穩定運行。
【英文摘要】 The CWS screening equipment in the coal slurry preparation system and the important role of China-made coal slurry vibrating screen have been introduced,besides,the problems occurred in the operation have been put forward.Through technical research,a simple structure of the coal slurry rotary screen has been successfully applied to solve the actual operation problems of the project.
